Access to the Site is free. Some services require a one-time fee. The user agrees to make lawful use of the Site, in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and not to use the generated content for purposes contrary to the rights of third parties or human dignity.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site's content (design, code, brand, logos) is owned by its owner or by third parties who have authorized its use. Stories and illustrations generated by AI at the user's request belong to the user who commissioned them, without prejudice to the terms of use of third-party AI models.

5. Disclaimer

TaleWiz does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site nor the absence of errors in AI-generated content. The owner shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
